Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
Q: What is your Return Policy?
A: You can view the Return Policy by going to the Policies page on this web-site.
Q: Do you have a toll-free phone number?
A: You can phone us at 866-919-TIME and leave a voicemail. Please note that we do NOT manage our phone lines as we do not take solicitation of purchases by phone but we do quickly and reliably attend to emails at customer_support@brooksidemerchants.com. When calling us than please leave a detailed voicemail.
Q: How can I track the status of my package?
A: Our parcel carrier (USPS) does not provide order tracking but does offer order deliver confirmation. Please visit our Shipping Policy Page for more information.
