Store Policies Brookside Merchants offers the following Returns Policy: 30-day "Money Back" conditional refund applies to all items purchased less shipping and handling costs. The aforementioned conditional refunds requires that the items or items being returned by customer must be returned within 30 days from date of purchase, must contain the original contents, which is the item or items purchased, display box(es), warranty information and instruction manual(s), and all must be defect free without any purchaser made alterations. Send a detailed email describing the “reason for return” as well as daytime telephone number, your name and return address, and email address. Please note the Model Number of the watch in the letter. We will acknowledge your email with a Return Material Approval (RMA) email, and supply you with a RMA number and the address of our Refund Return Center within 48 hours of the request for refund. Be sure to keep a copy of our RMA email for your records. Package your watch in a sturdy container that will resist damage during transit. (Do Not ship item in the original display box.) Include the RMA number inside the package, (best to enclose a printed version of the RMA email). Insure the shipment for retail replacement value. We suggest you utilize a method that allows package tracking such as USPS, UPS, FEDEX or Insured Mail. Shipping and handling costs will not be refunded by us.
Brookside Merchants Shipping Policy and Costs: Entity receiving internationally purchased item(s) will be responsible for any import taxes or customs duties charged. These charges may be collected by the mail carrier at the time of delivery. Please contact local customs authorities to determine the additional cost. We do no ship Citizen Watches, and Seiko Watches and Seiko Clocks internationally. We offer the following additional shipping services for Canada, Germany, Ireland, Puerto Rico, United Kingdom and United States; Priority (2-5 Business days) and Express (1-2 Business days). For international purchases, we will only ship to the “Bill To” address if the “Ship To” is not within the United States. This policy is enforced to protect our customers from potentially fraudulent purchases, and we apologize in advance for the inconvenience.
